The 14th
International Meeting of Collectors will meet on 23th of May 2009 at Kassel,
in the Philipp-Scheidemann-Haus, Holländische Straße 74.
We have reserved the "Hotel Schaeferberg" for the opening evening beginning
at 7.00 p.m. on 22th of May and for overnight accomodations if necessary.
A block of rooms have been reserved for us until the end of April 2009
for those of you who wish to book your rooms in advance. Refer to the
name “Sammlertreffen” for your reservations !

room 102,00 €, Breakfast included.
Please note the following points:
1.) Tables/stand reservartion for sellers and for producers will only
be accepted until 30th of April 2009 in order to know early enough what
exhibits are going to be presented and to be able to provide a visitors'
map of the exhibition. During the last years we always had people asking
for last minute changes. Every applicant will receive a written confirmation
and two pins which will allow him/her and an additional person entry to
the exhibition hall in Scheidemann-Haus before the official opening in
order to set up stands.
Price per table: 25,00 €
2.) For second-hand objects, also rooms will be provided. Here too, the
registration date mentioned above applies. Price per table: 10,00 €
3.) You can get a map of the meeting at the cash-desk. Visitors will have
to pay 2,50 € for entrance, children until 14 years will be free.
4.) Opening for producers and manufacturers only from 8 a.m. There is
no opening for visitors before 10 a.m. Please, don`t come to the Scheidemann
Haus before 9.30 a.m.
5.) The payment for a table is possible for foreign producers and manunfacturers
during the meeting, becauce the bank charges are so high.
